The NGHP-2 is a 2-burner gas hot plate that is a part of Winco's Spectrum line. This hot plate features a 12" x 12" cast iron grate for each of the two independently controlled 25,000 BTU burners. Independent infinite heat controls allow you to set varied temperatures for each burner. This gas hot plate has a durable stainless steel body, with 4" adjustable legs. The NGHP-2 has a 3/4" rear gas connection with pressure regulator, and comes with a conversion kit that allows the use of either liquid propane or natural gas.
