* Dress is royal blue high neck with a zip in the back.
* It has an 18" slit up the back and bishop sleeves with fabric buttons.
* The outer shell is a vest in the same length in a psychedelic pattern.
* It has a belted tie with gold metal accents and slits up the sides.
