vintage African accent lamp with hand painted leather shade

Totally unique African accent lamp from around the 1980's. Black metal 3 footed frame with curled hook at the top so could be hung if you like. The frame has some ruff areas at the top that look like solder. It has 4 sides. The dyed orange leather has a few spots and scuffs but no tears or major damage. All sides are hand painted in black with the same design at the top and bottom. The edges have a zig zag pattern that looks like whip stitching. It comes with the original cord, bulb and European. The bulb is burned out but am sending the white cord with switch on the cord. It takes a type B bulb or night light bulb (included). The last photo shows how the frame is made to hold the bulb/cord. It measures 17"H X 7-7 1/2" across. I ship same or next business day.
