Vintage 1980s Scott McClintock Black Velvet Gold Floral Open Back Prom Dress. Size 10
Looks like a 2 piece but is all one. Large bow attached at the shoulder , with shoulder pads. Top is velvet with short puffy sleeves that a little tulle to make them stand. Lovely scallop hem, open back. One button tie at neck and zipper black & gold floral glitter skirt with slit at the back.
