Purchased from a boutique in Boston, most likely in the late 60s or early 70s. This dress has several layers. Innermost, is a full lining. The next layer is a full, flowing layer of blue lace. The outer layer is the handpainted "wings". I don't know the size. Please refer to the pictures. If I were to guess, I would say 8 ish. The chest is shaped to accommodate a womans shape. I don't see any damage to the dress. Great workmanship!
