Two vintage, hand made in Italy Traditional Pinocchio wooden figure dolls, wonderfully hand painted in bright red and green by the Biganzoli toy makers of Jerago, Italy. A 16 1/2” big Pinocchio and his mini-me 4 1/2 “ tall brother. These two guys have been in storage for 25 years. These wooden dolls have metal joints that move and hold a pose. Most Biganzoli wooden Pinocchio dolls are 12” tall. This big Pinocchio at 16 1/2” is rare and so is the 4 1/2” mini me. Look at the funny details on Pinocchio’s eyes. Biganzoli artists have fun making the eyeballs looking in funny directions. This is a very good deal for these two rare vintage traditionally made Italian Pinocchio wooden figure dolls. They are very cute together.
