1940-1960’s Dublin Ireland, Irish Horn Rosary. Original tag and unused. These rosaries are no longer made, during the 60’s there was so much protest (in the city of Dublin) over the stench of curing the horns that they shut down the small production on them. They are a labor of love, gathering the horns, curing and then carving each one, stringing the beads to create the rosary. There truly is so much beauty and artistry in these beads, a joy to hold.
