New with box but DAMAGED.
The DAMAGE is the cord. It will need to be repaired or replaced which is pretty simple. Theres a 2 minute video on YouTube showing how to do it.
Besides the cord this is in perfect condition.
I use one myself and love it.
It heats up in like 2 seconds.
And its supposed to be less damaging to hair than other irons.
