From my personal cloth doll collection , a handmade 14" Vintage Doll made from 1930s Doll Pattern designed by Edith Flack Ackley. Very well made years ago.
Edith made her own dolls in the 1930s They are unmarked. She then offered patterns in 1934 in Womens magazines & later in her own 1938 book " Dolls to Make for Fun & Profit"
Original Clothing Love her red orange yarn hair, delicately painted face, cotton flower print bonnet, dress snaps in the back w/ dotted Swiss puff sleeves, lace trimmed slip and long pantaloons, removable black slip on shoes. She has writing on her lower back To Lynn( not me ) From Ruth. Cannot see under her slip and dress
