Incomplete block - Doesn't include shears or 8 steak knives.
Condition based on what is included. In good condition, signs of wear and age consistent with used kitchen knives. Gently used, some wear on blades and handles. The boning knife has a bent tip but still usable. Block is clean, some wear on edges and finish, consistent with used block knife. Selling AS-IS.
