Stain in pic 4!. The jacket is clean but this stain did not come out. It was not pretreated. Pick 4. Approx size of a nickel.

There is no hood attached. This jacket is thick and will definitely keep you warm. I would say take it too a tailor add elastic and remove the stain high appears to be an oil stain. Questions just ask
