Neckstring is long and uncut. Arms and legs are still tight. Dress reads made in West Germany but no tag on doll. Neck reads Pleasant Company so this is one of the earlier versions (1994)of Felicity. She is dressed in original Rose Garden meet outfit that includes petticoat, dress, lace bonnet and black shoes. Felicity Merriman was the fourth Historical Character of the American Girl Historical Collection, representing the Revolutionary War period. Felicity was first released in 1991, archived in 2011,re-released in 2017 as a BeForever character. Felicity is a spunky, spritely girl growing in VA. The last doll I got, not played with.
