These pennies were produced in 1943 during WWII in an effort to save copper for the war. This was the only year the Lincoln penny was produced in steel as opposed to copper. It is also the only US currency produced that is magnetic. This is nearly my entire collection. I’m selling all 300 for $999. Ridiculously great deal
